A simple six-step journey, from your first email in New York to the moment you pack your transformed coat for the flight home.

Send photographs
Email us 4–6 photos of your coat (front, back, lining, label, any damage). Mention your travel dates to Spain.
- 02
Receive a written proposal
Within 48 hours, Javier responds personally with feasibility, design suggestions, an estimated price range, and turnaround time.
- 03
First visit & fitting
On arrival in Spain, visit the atelier. Try silhouettes, choose linings, and finalize the design with Javier in person.
- 04
Hand crafting
Your coat is taken apart and rebuilt by hand in our Madrid workshop — typically 2 to 4 weeks, depending on scope.
- 05
Final fitting & pickup
Return for your fitting before flying home. Last adjustments are made same-day. Garment bag provided for travel.

Can't return to Spain?
No problem. We ship internationally — fully insured, with all customs documentation prepared.
